At Candlevana, we prioritize client satisfaction and comfort with our top-quality products and their welfare over anything else. This is the idea that inspires our shipping logistics design and our returns system. First, we give free shipping access on all orders of $75 or more if you aren’t using a discount code.

For anytime our customers place their orders for any of our sweet-scented candles, we respond to their domestic orders, which leave our studio anywhere from between 24 to 48 hours on business days. These will typically arrive at their destination within 2 to 7 days via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We like to keep tabs on communication with clients and general feedback. So, we make to communicate with customers when there is any delay, or if we anticipate any with our delivery logistics.

Currently, our processing times are 3 to 5 weekdays before shipping. The reason for this is that for some time, USPS has experienced an influx in shipping volume orders. This has exceeded employee availability due to COVID-19 pandemic effects. Nonetheless, we are working hard through this may cause delivery delays. We maintain our free shipping on orders worth $75 and above for our esteemed clients.
